Nika graduated from Sage School of Massage in Bend and brings years of experience and passion to bodywork and healing. She is a native Oregonian and grew up in Eugene. She has a background in wilderness education and extended expeditions and she applies this experience to her understanding of the active body.

Nika works with her intuition and knowledge of the body and movement to treat each client with a unique experience. She works individually with each client to create a plan to help achieve your healthcare goals. Nika strives to create a deeply relaxing massage while addressing specific areas of concern, tension or injury.

Nika specializes in Deep Tissue and Injury Treatment, Neuromuscular facilitation, Relaxation/Swedish, Cupping, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point and Reiki. She recently began learning Craniosacral Therapy and would be glad to add this to any session.
